I am a quirky Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Bachelor’s degree in psychology and my Master of Arts in Counseling from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas then promptly got to work trying to figure out how to make research useable for couples in REAL life! I have been in private practice for 7 years and am excited to go beyond private counseling to advocate for relational health in community!
My husband, Patrick, and I have a daughter and two sons. I'm not nearly as smart as I thought I was before I got married and had kids...
I understand the limitations of traditional talk therapy for some individuals and families, and I am committed to providing up-to-date treatment in creative and interactive environments. Clients are afforded the opportunity to meet in a variety of home-like spaces, where they are able to try on new skills and interact comfortably. In addition to in-office spaces, clients are able to walk & talk along the Currey Creek trail behind the office.
All workshops will be held in this downtown Boerne space!
